Everything (almost) as described. Upper and side part is metal and bottom part is plastic. The lid for battery compartment is not so tight I wish it could be. And in my case there were included three 18650 cells (Grey-red Ultrafire). Not super quality cells but better than nothing. Also there is included USB charger with US plug, USB cable for charging and small plastic tripod. This tripod is very cheap and clumsy made and it is not so stable but anyways, I will not use it. Light is not near of 30W or 2400 lumens. Nowhere is stated if this means LED Watts or classic Watts. In LED Watts this could be at most 3W so equivalent to 30 Watts or less. But this means at most 400 lumens. Emitting color is neutral white and I count this as very good factor. Blinking mode is in blue and red colour (one mode with exchanging color). Overall.. Performance should be ok. It feels good and durable for mechanic, plumber, carpentry work and similar. I will test in future days how long three cells last.
